My Philosophy
Bonnechere Valley is already a remarkable place to call home. We have strong families, dedicated volunteers, hardworking farmers, local businesses, beautiful landscapes, and neighbours who still look out for one another. Those aren't things to replace—they're things to protect. At the same time, every community faces challenges. Municipal services must evolve to meet residents' needs. Young people deserve opportunities to grow and build their future here. Vacant properties deserve a second chance to contribute to our community. Local tourism can grow while protecting the natural beauty and rural character that make people want to visit in the first place. Taxpayers deserve thoughtful, responsible leadership. I don't believe in change for the sake of change. I believe in preserving what makes Bonnechere Valley special while making practical improvements that strengthen our community for generations to come. I won't promise to have every answer. I will promise to ask the right questions. To listen before making decisions. To work collaboratively. To be transparent. To be willing to change my mind when the facts warrant it. And to remember that every decision should leave Bonnechere Valley stronger than we found it. My Commitment I will always lead with integrity, listen with respect, and serve with the understanding that council exists to represent the people of Bonnechere Valley. My goal isn't to reshape our community into something different. My goal is to help protect what makes it special while thoughtfully building what's next.

Explore practical improvements to services such as by-law enforcement through collaboration, innovation, and responsible planning.
Create opportunities for young people to lead, volunteer, participate, and help shape the future of our community through initiatives like a Youth Council.
Encourage investment in vacant homes and commercial properties through incentives, partnerships, and thoughtful redevelopment that respects our community's character.
Make decisions that consider not only today's needs but also the future of our children and grandchildren.
